Last month they attended the MAMA Award Show under the name of Dong Bang Shin Ki and other of their activites have been coming along. Of course, it is present that all five of them are need to show Dong Bang Shin Ki's charm. So today, we have put together videos of Dong Bang Shin Ki that only MNet has for everyone to watch. Sensei: First of all, Dong Bang Shin Ki appeared on stage in 2004 (it's 2003 !!) and after that, they have been acquiring many awards. I have been the award presentor twice for them. Also, last year in 2008, when Dong Bang Shin Ki's fourth ablum, MIROTIC, was banned for teens under the age of 18, I was part of that committee who made the decision.
Host: That topic was quite big.
Sensei: It was a very big topic. I was one of those who didn't agree with the ban. It was too harsh, and the standards for teens today is much different than it was years ago. The times have changed, and so because of this, I quit the committee. This is the relations I have with Dong Bang Shin Ki.
Host: MIROTIC were a hit in sales in both Japan and Korea. Having it be a hit must have its reasons, so let's move on the topics regarding Dong Bang Shin Ki, something that only sensei can tell us. Our first section; please view the VTR.

2004, first single, HUG. At that time, they were newcomers, but their stage presence and charisma were already at the top level. Already creating many talks for their first single, their second single, The Way You Are, coupled with wonderful voices and dances, became Asia's Star. With their first album, swept the awards at MKMF and appeared on stage as the star, Dong Bang Shin Ki.

This should be news from Nov 12/09 ( I think ) I'm not sure if it's
completely accurate since I haven't seen this being posted on other
sites (or maybe I just don't check often enough..) but SME has revealed
their earnings for this third season.
From what I understand, the red line is the turnover (the rate at which goods are sold (I THINK)) and the blue columns are the earnings (total income?). Don't rely on me for these terms, I really am just using the best of my abilities to turn it into English ..
So, compared to the earnings from June earlier this year of ₩46,300,000,000 (463 billion), we can see an obvious decline of numbers.
Nothing to big of a deal, stocks and earnings declining.
But SME purposely said that even without Dong Bang Shin Ki, the company is still doing fine since SNSD, SHINee and Suju are doing so well with their album sales and digital sales and also with f(x), who have just debuted in September recieving such great popularity.

Now LSM might (and probably not) the only one to be blamed at SME
but blame him for having the company named after him, right?
Honestly, this is the worst time to worry about the whole lawsuit for
me as I am quite behind on my studies. Just goes to show how greatly
being a fan affects a fan's life. Anyhow, I just went on several sites
and read some feedback and what can I say, everyone has mixed opinions.
For once, there are fans siding with SME instead of the other three.
I guess... that's only natural.
Here are some that I decided to post:

Those who saw SME's statement: "Next year spring? Does it mean that the comeback, one that Korean fans have waited so long for... if the three members choose to not come back, will become nothing? So are they using HoMin's name as a threat for the other three?"
Next person: "It seems like... the 2 members who stayed with SME are the right ones... but because they have stayed at SME, what if they were not allowed to disagree with the company... but...if the two are saying this, then does that mean that compromise is impossible?"

Your ill manners are too well known. SME and Tohoshinki signed a 13 year contract, which basically means a slave contract can easily be claimed void by the court with simple law rules. Please do not take advantaged our your upperhand in this situation to hurt people, to make us hate you more, to want to curse you. Please to not make me spit out: "You (insert word), you will definitely not live a happy life~~" types of curses. If it were you who were the industry's top stars, you wouldn't want to work under such conditions. Bring out all your evidence of innocence, Please don't abuse Tohoshinki and their fans' relationship ~~"
Still pretty gentle sounding to me, very reasonable, not all rushing out to conclusions. Pretty... negotiatable. Notice the "putting yourself in one's shoe" analogy :D
I have no reason to bash any side as I refuse to take sides. Hmph.
Lately, there has been tons and tons of news about the lawsuit and
there are so many I don't even bother looking anymore (laughs). Luckily,
all the important stuff are usually highlighted on other fan blogs (hehe)
so lucky me gets to read the main points instead of going through a few
billion words.
So this is what I found that made me kind of want to... strangle someone.
This is from an SM Representative:"During these times, all these talks about unfair contracts, human rights, slave contracts and what nots are all started because of the Cosmetic business and the greed for money. In all 5 years, Dong Bang Shin Ki and SM's relationship have been the most trusted and close relationship out of everyone else, like a brotherly relationship. Sensei: It was a very big topic. I was one of those who didn't agree with the ban. It was too harsh, and the standards for teens today is much different than it was years ago. The times have changed, and so because of this, I quit the committee. This is the relations I have with Dong Bang Shin Ki.

2004, first single, HUG. At that time, they were newcomers, but their stage presence and charisma were already at the top level. This should be news from Nov 12/09 ( I think ) I'm not sure if it's
completely accurate since I haven't seen this being posted on other
sites (or maybe I just don't check often enough..) but SME has revealed
their earnings for this third season.
From what I understand, the red line is the turnover (the rate at which goods are sold (I THINK)) and the blue columns are the earnings (total income?). Don't rely on me for these terms, I really am just using the best of my abilities to turn it into English ..
So, compared to the earnings from June earlier this year of ₩46,300,000,000 (463 billion), we can see an obvious decline of numbers.
Nothing to big of a deal, stocks and earnings declining.
But SME purposely said that even without Dong Bang Shin Ki, the company is still doing fine since SNSD, SHINee and Suju are doing so well with their album sales and digital sales and also with f(x), who have just debuted in September recieving such great popularity.
"With SNSD is having their Asia Tour concert, Super Junior-M and their activities in China, SHINee and f(x)'s schedules all planned out till the year end, it looks like SME's fourth season will continue to go up"
Wake up call -- their stocks are doing down..
We all know Dong Bang Shin Ki has been missing and have been very busy being Tohoshinki in Japan and so if that fact makes SME think that they're doing fine without DBSK, well... I hope they remember part of their stocks and earnings come from what Tohoshinki are doing in Japan.

What are we going to do? I do, in a sense, feel a bit betrayed by everything. I can only see one outcome to all this, which, in no way,
invovles all five of them together on stage as Dong Bang Shin Ki. If
this is the outcome, then why make us believe? Why not just
tell us earlier that things would turn to the bad side? Wouldn't that
feel like less of a betrayal?
But in the end, I know I won't give up on them (sigh). fighting!
Ah, right, this blog is only confirmed to be true by fans, I cannot guarantee that it is in fact, Junsu's blog.
Although I don't really understand why HTTG has such low ratings, let's

Now LSM might (and probably not) the only one to be blamed at SME
but blame him for having the company named after him, right?
Honestly, this is the worst time to worry about the whole lawsuit for
me as I am quite behind on my studies. Just goes to show how greatly
being a fan affects a fan's life. Anyhow, I just went on several sites
and read some feedback and what can I say, everyone has mixed opinions.
For once, there are fans siding with SME instead of the other three.
I guess... that's only natural.
Here are some that I decided to post:

Those who saw SME's statement: "Next year spring? Does it mean that the comeback, one that Korean fans have waited so long for... if the three members choose to not come back, will become nothing? So are they using HoMin's name as a threat for the other three?"
Next person: "It seems like... the 2 members who stayed with SME are the right ones... but because they have stayed at SME, what if they were not allowed to disagree with the company... but...if the two are saying this, then does that mean that compromise is impossible?"

here, laughs). There is one that contains slightly more rude, opinionated thoughts :D

Your ill manners are too well known. SME and Tohoshinki signed a 13 year contract, which basically means a slave contract can easily be claimed void by the court with simple law rules. Please do not take advantaged our your upperhand in this situation to hurt people, to make us hate you more, to want to curse you. Please to not make me spit out: "You (insert word), you will definitely not live a happy life~~" types of curses. If it were you who were the industry's top stars, you wouldn't want to work under such conditions. Bring out all your evidence of innocence, Please don't abuse Tohoshinki and their fans' relationship ~~"
Still pretty gentle sounding to me, very reasonable, not all rushing out to conclusions. Pretty... negotiatable. Notice the "putting yourself in one's shoe" analogy :D
I have no reason to bash any side as I refuse to take sides. Hmph.
Lately, there has been tons and tons of news about the lawsuit and
there are so many I don't even bother looking anymore (laughs). Luckily,
all the important stuff are usually highlighted on other fan blogs (hehe)
so lucky me gets to read the main points instead of going through a few
billion words.
So this is what I found that made me kind of want to... strangle someone.
This is from an SM Representative:"During these times, all these talks about unfair contracts, human rights, slave contracts and what nots are all started because of the Cosmetic business and the greed for money. In all 5 years, Dong Bang Shin Ki and SM's relationship have been the most trusted and close relationship out of everyone else, like a brotherly relationship. But ever since those three members started the Cosmetic business, their wants and requests became more and wanted to have their own way of business. So they did what they wanted, not through the company, but by themselves. From that moment, the three members and SM started to have disagreements and rumours started coming out. Slowly, the relationship between all five members and the companybecame different."
