I need to mention that school has officially gotten the best of me.
It won, I lost. (sigh) Anyhow, I still managed to get hold of the
Heaven's Postman trailer HQ version and the Chinese subbed version so,
because it's so short (wish it was longer), I translated it.

I probably (most likely) sub it later and post it on youtube so check
there if you would rather have moving visuals + words vs. just words
 ( bold = narrator's words / italicised = character's words )

Now I've always known Yoochun had a cyblog, never knew Junsu had one too. According to fans, he opened this blog under his brother, Junho's name.



So anyway, Junsu updated his blog last night with this...

"한동안...말을 잇지 못했다"

Which roughly means,

"Suddenly, I have no way to connect the words to say"

What are we going to do? I do, in a sense, feel a bit betrayed by everything. I can only see one outcome to all this, which, in no way,
invovles all five of them together on stage as Dong Bang Shin Ki. If
this is the outcome, then why make us believe? Why not just
tell us earlier that things would turn to the bad side? Wouldn't that
feel like less of a betrayal?

But in the end, I know I won't give up on them (sigh). fighting!

Now LSM might (and probably not) the only one to be blamed at SME
but blame him for having the company named after him, right?

Honestly, this is the worst time to worry about the whole lawsuit for
me as I am quite behind on my studies. Just goes to show how greatly
being a fan affects a fan's life. Anyhow, I just went on several sites
and read some feedback and what can I say, everyone has mixed opinions.
For once, there are fans siding with SME instead of the other three.
I guess... that's only natural.

Here are some that I decided to post:


"What HoMin wrote might not be what they really mean...
Ah, it really might not be...
The other three must be feeling very upset...
Who's to say something didn't happen...
I feel so lonely and hurt
The more I know, the more polluted my love for you is
I won't search or read anymore of this."


Someone else said: "What is this??? What about us fans???"


Those who saw SME's statement: "Next year spring? Does it mean that the comeback, one that Korean fans have waited so long for... if the three members choose to not come back, will become nothing? So are they using HoMin's name as a threat for the other three?"

Next person: "It seems like... the 2 members who stayed with SME are the right ones... but because they have stayed at SME, what if they were not allowed to disagree with the company... but...if the two are saying this, then does that mean that compromise is impossible?"

Another person: "What is this, a fight? Touching on this matter (the cosmetic business), isn't it becoming too out of hand? Our Yunho .. really ! That's why we need to make sure if he really wrote it. I'm getting more and more worried about next year's fanmeeting.."

SME and Tohoshinki signed a 13 year contract, which basically means a slave contract can easily be claimed void by the court with simple law rules.
Please do not take advantaged our your upperhand in this situation to hurt people, to make us hate you more, to want to curse you.
Please to not make me spit out: "You (insert word), you will definitely not live a happy life~~" types of curses.
If it were you who were the industry's top stars, you wouldn't want to work under such conditions.

Still pretty gentle sounding to me, very reasonable, not all rushing out to conclusions. Pretty... negotiatable. Notice the "putting yourself in one's shoe" analogy :D

I have no reason to bash any side as I refuse to take sides. Hmph.

Lately, there has been tons and tons of news about the lawsuit and
there are so many I don't even bother looking anymore (laughs). Luckily,
all the important stuff are usually highlighted on other fan blogs (hehe)
so lucky me gets to read the main points instead of going through a few
billion words.

So this is what I found that made me kind of want to... strangle someone.



This is from an SM Representative: "During these times, all these talks
about unfair contracts, human rights, slave contracts and what nots are all started because of the Cosmetic business and the greed for money. 
In all 5 years, Dong Bang Shin Ki and SM's relationship have been the
most trusted and close relationship out of everyone else, like a brotherly relationship. But ever since those three members started the Cosmetic
business, their wants and requests became more and wanted to have
their own way of business. So they did what they wanted, not through

Lately, there has been tons and tons of news about the lawsuit and
there are so many I don't even bother looking anymore (laughs). Luckily,
all the important stuff are usually highlighted on other fan blogs (hehe)
so lucky me gets to read the main points instead of going through a few
billion words.

So this is what I found that made me kind of want to... strangle someone.



This is from an SM Representative: "During these times, all these talks
about unfair contracts, human rights, slave contracts and what nots are all started because of the Cosmetic business and the greed for money. 
In all 5 years, Dong Bang Shin Ki and SM's relationship have been the
most trusted and close relationship out of everyone else, like a brotherly relationship. But ever since those three members started the Cosmetic
business, their wants and requests became more and wanted to have
their own way of business. So they did what they wanted, not through
the company, but by themselves. From that moment, the three members and SM started to have disagreements and rumours started coming
out. Slowly, the relationship between all five members and the

"By doing all this, those three members have betrayed and destroyed
