Turns out that DBSK is now #3 on this list, coming
behind Kim Hyun Joong and SS501. (not to mention KHJ has twice as
many votes as DBSK, but he does LOL)

The message says that you can vote 10 times a day for the same artist but, from my experience, you cannot re-vote just by closing that window and pressing "vote" again. You have to close the browser and go back on the site and go through the same procedures to do so. (maybe it's just my computer, but just in case ^^) Ah, and this also tells you how many times left you can vote.
