lawsuit continued @ 9:00:00 PM
Well, due to the request, I decided to look further into the lawsuit thing
and found myself even more befuddled than before. At first, I really didn't
want to follow on this whole issue as I don't want to give myself a big
headache on law terms, etc., etc. But since being asked, I will do my best
and help..
Ah, and being the lazy person I am, I turned to Chinese fans for help and
this is what I found (well no, not what I found but what I found and actually
kind of understood). It's in Chinese but if any of you happens to know
Chinese, do read that instead of what I'm going to translate (sighs)
I'm not going to translate the whole entire thing (sorry) but I'll sum
it up to the main points.
1) SM cannot interfere with the threes future indivual activities
in either their singing, acting, producing or whatever career activity
they choose to participate in.
2) This is only the sequestration portion of the lawsuit (anyone want
to explain to me what "sequestration" is or means?) and not the full
official lawsuit.
3) The applicants (JaeSuChun) can pursue individual activies now.
4) Right now the income issue and portion is still unchanged.
